Mists of Pandaria was released on September 25, 2012 as the fourth expansion pack for World of Warcraft. MoP started with a subscription number of roughly 10 million players and ended with an estimated 7.4 million subscribers, ultimately a 26% loss in the player base.

New features added are the new zone of Pandaria, the new race Pandaren, the new class Monks, revamp talents, and pet battles.
