Dear community.
On the 25th of February, we are planning to reimplement the Custom Lag Tolerance and Spell Queue features. We significantly improved it since the last time and are unable to find any issue with our implementation. You can test it for yourselves on our PTR. If you find any issue, please, report it here.
If no major bug will be found, we will release this feature according to the plan.
