What this mod does is increases the amount of quests you can see in your log without scrolling to a maximum of 20 items. Its more than three times the normal amount of quests you can see at once!
Also as an added feature it now enables the quest log and quest tracker to be movable and locked in place to prevent accidental movement. There is now a “lock box” in the titlebar next to the red x to lock and unlock movement. Credit for that goes to Razark.
It also can also colorize the quest tracker through the slash commands. Type /enhanced help or /eql help for more information.
