Briefly describe your raiding history, both in WoW, as well as any previous raiding in other MMORPGs. Please include your previous raid schedule; have you ever raided 4 nights a week?

My first MMORPS was DAoC, Dark Age of Camelot. Was pretty cool, mostly pvp'd. Gave me tons of awareness as to what was goign on around me and to be able to see what other people are doing and to quickly react to whats going on and whats constantly changing. I stopped playing MMO's for a bit and started playing wow my first year of college (my roommate got me into it). I raided in ulduar, didnt achieve too much, since I had just started playing. Raided toc of course, cleared it. I started raiding heavily when ICC came out. Having played the game for a while, knowing some people on the server and being able to put in the time. Im currently 11/12 in both 10 and 25m with a little, HM experience looking to improve on those numbers.

Drama, tears, general malaise and bitterness are always fun, but we do tend to put progression first. Under what circumstances did you leave your last guild(s)?

I was actually GM of The Influence. The officers and I had our standards set high and felt we/the around us werent meeting those requirements and felt we should end things. I'm still in No Spin Zone. I want to leave because they're 25m isnt that great. Its 2nd hordeside on the server but the server as a whole isnt great. They have one solid 10m and just kinda let the rest try to make their own. I'm looking for better 25m progression and at least the option to attempt to get my 10m drake.

Why should we recruit you over the next guy?

Because I'm a capable player who is always online for raids and can fufill a solid warlock position, not only with mechanics, but knowing the fight in and out and putting the numbers required for the specific fight.

What add-on modules do you use? We insist that you use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods and Pally Power (Paladins).

I use omen of course, DBM and tell me when to keep track of procs when in Demo spec.

If you raid with Carnage, you will drip elixirs and potions from your pores. Are you willing and able to do the farming required to keep up?

Yes definitely. Always striving to improve my toon to its maximum abilities and get the outmoust from him. This is why i spend my time on him, dont want him sub par or even 2nd best.

Dont know of any.

Raid spots are competitive even if you do come prepared. Can you handle riding the bench, particularly during your trial process?

I can, and completely understand the process. I am willing to wait my turn and when I get my turn, show you what my warlock is capable of doing, and myself behind the computer controlling him.

Carnage members raid until our fingertips bleed, 6:30PM until 11:00PM CST. What hours are you available?

I am available those hours. 1 day I might possibly be a little late because I work 1 night shift a week, and its random.

Carnage members are not shy, and thick skin is a must have. How do you deal with harsh criticism and outright verbal abuse?

Perfectly fine and I expect to be called out when making a mistake on new content the guild hasnt downed. So that I can learn from my mistake and everyone in the vent can learn and the mistake wont be made again.

Tell me about your class! What is your average DPS/TPS/HPS? Do you use Macros? Show us you know how to play!

It depends on the fight. Saurfang, fights similar im around 11-12.5. Lowest ill go on just about any fight is 9k. Except maybe sind, depending on how many times i get unchained magic. I hate that shit. I use one macro, its for the beginning fights it pops a haste potion, my berserking racial and life tap. Life tap to increase my SP if im affl and if im demo to increase the SP for the raid wide buff and my self buff.

What would you say is your primary weakness in a raid situation? (Note: "I am a chronic overachiever" is not a valid response.)

Getting frustrated with wipes, people not focusing. Myself possibly making a mistake.
